Spiral Scraper Conveyor

ZOOMRY spiral scraper conveyors are enclosed bulk handling systems designed for efficient scraping, gathering, and conveying of powders and fine materials. The spiral mechanism rotates to gather material from stockpiles and transfer it via belt conveyor, making it ideal for cement, fly ash, grain, wood chips, and similar bulk solids.

I. How It Works
The spiral mechanism — single or double spiral design — is driven by motor or hydraulic power. Spiral blades rotate to scrape, mix, and direct material toward the center. The belt conveyor receives the gathered material for transfer to crushers or loading systems. Hydraulic lifting and angle adjustment adapt to different pile heights and shapes.
