Hopper Feeder

ZOOMRY hopper feeders are front-end bulk material processing equipment designed for precise material receiving and controlled discharge to downstream conveyor systems. Available in static, tracked, heavy-duty, and biomass-specific configurations, our hopper feeders accept material from loaders, excavators, and grab cranes, then transfer it to conveyors, stackers, or ship loaders.

I. How Hopper Feeders Work
1. Feeding and receiving — wide-mouth hopper with optional inclined side walls, hardened steel liners, and material agitators
2. Conveying and regulation — EP multi-layer belts (light/medium) or chain plate conveyors (heavy-duty) with PLC control
3. Power options — diesel-hydraulic, hybrid, or pure electric
4. Mobility — tracked or wheeled chassis with hydraulic leveling

Model HF-ST: Static, 5–15 m³ hopper, 1000 TPH
Model HF-LF: Low Feed, 7–12 m³ hopper, 800 TPH
